The Navigator Company has been named the world's most sustainable company in the forestry sector and is among the top 5% of the world's most sustainable companies across all sectors, according to ESG specialist Sustainalytics.
This recognition reflects the company's long-standing commitment to sustainability, a sector in which, over the past 18 months alone, it has invested more than 160 million euros.
The company nurtures the trees that serve as the raw material for pulp production but is increasingly aligned with the goal of maintaining a healthy forest. With this in mind, it launched the Navigator Forest Producers Club, which aims to maximize productivity, operate at scale, control costs, train agents, and enhance the value of forestry assets, especially the company's most planted species, Eucalyptus globulus.
