Sugar - 2 1/2 Kg

Instant yeast - 1 tsp ( 5 - 6 gms )

Please try making wine with Kokomo/ kudam oily/ garcinia Cambodia.
It may be helpful to reduce appetite suppression to reduce wait gain.

Since it's airtight and the glass vessel is full to the brim.. Will the fermentation gases build up and cause the vessel to break before 21 days?
Same doubt for me, I have used the cotton cloth for sealing. The liquid is leaking after the grapes came to surface and pushing the lid maybe. Doubt if fungus will build up due to moisture in the cloth.

750mlx6=4.5litre for 2kg of grapes. Water for one kg grapes comes to 2.25 litre of water. This appears to be verymuch higher and more than double suggested by other experts.
Valare pratheekshayode ithellam cheythu, kuppiyude almost full aakki orikkalum vekkaruth, njan kazhuthinte thaazhe vare nirachu adachu vechu, next day cabin motham nalla smell, nokkiyappo water motham purath 🙏🏽, it’s a mistake, never fill more than 3/4 th of the bottle, others water will overflow from the very next day
