Well there is a suggestion that you should never heat mayonnaise as thats served cold always, secondly salad you used should not be heated , just grill sandwiches alone and use cold better, that way you ll be able to taste the real taste of those sandwich as heat will make mayonnaise melt and hot at the same time ,, overall recipe is good for batter

But the veggies used such as cabbage or capsicum is raw,then how to cook them if we will put raw veggies on the bread?
@@prachiparte6012 yes for that cabbage and carrots can be used raw and consumed then and there but if you really wish to cook tem then stir fry them on high heat fir a minute, let cool n add yours dips or sauce etc
But remember stir fry vegetables should remain crunchy thats there beauty

I have a suggestion and I tried it too.
It was awesome
If you feel the mayonnaise should be served chilled then toast the 2 slices separately in a toaster.
Then add vegetables and green chutney between the 2 toasted slices
Bread is crisp and vegetables too are room temperature
