@alastairorr6318 I had labs and some lab mixes. One I think with a German Shepard. The other possibility with a hound. She had really long legs and long body. Built kind of like a bit thicker greyhound. She was goofy like a hound would be. Some thought she was more the American lab than the thicker stouter English lab. I'm very familiar with them. I always told my one lab .. why don't you just take off your little dog suit. I know there's a person in there. That's how intelligent she was and she was from a local breeder as was one of the others. The others I rescued from a shelter.
@@alastairorr6318 I forgot. All I have these days is a 🐈 I keep hoping she'll turn into a dog. But sadly ...not. Life is not as good with her as with my good girls (my labs were all females). My car is just a weird thing and we don't get each other much, lol.
@nekoti.8-2 Friends of my parents who are sadly no longer alive, had this beautiful looking dog looked like a labrador. Only problem, he was a giant. Looked fully lab, but the size of a great dane. She was adamant it was fully lab. No way it was. The breeder was seriously shady to think it was fully lab.
@@alastairorr6318 she wasn't quite that tall but much taller than an English lab. She was beautiful. Black with big amber people sized eyes. She was seriously goofy though and her play reminded me more of beagles I have had. She loved to thieve things just to get your attention. She always gave the stolen item up easily. My labs from the breeder were never quite that mischievous. They did puppy play but we're highly focused people pleasers. Fast learners.

I still miss these pups. They were such a special litter. So intelligent, playful, beautiful and expressive.
ALL labs are seriously intelligent, the most intelligent dog there is.
