I ate here 2months ago.. its in Malaysia's KLIA International Airport.. the food were surprisingly good.. the staffs were friendly and attentive too.. we enjoyed our food there.. ♥️♥️

Depends on what you call western, he butchered Jamaican food and even claimed he invented a Jamaican drink recipe and renamed it to hope no one noticed (Guinness punch was "reinvented" as Jamie's Guinness cocktail/the paddy mcguinness), for context it's basically the Jamaican equivalent of him claiming to have invented the lassi and renaming it. I genuinely despise the way he treats cultures that aren't his own.

Well, the airport is called Kuala Lumpur International Airport also known as KLIA. Gosh, I got so many memories being there for going on a holiday. But last year during the pandemic, I'll missed KLIA.

Yes, because Asians - no matter what race they are - have great pallets and great taste in food. So if they said it was good, that means it was really good.
I believe the main reason Jamie's messed up so bad is because he's out of his depth. He takes a more rustic, rebellious approach to European and general Western cooking, which doesn't work with more traditional and delicious-as-they-are dishes such as egg fried rice. He built his brand off of being more of a home cooking style chef than a fine dining chef like Ramsay, so it makes sense that he'd be better in his element
