Mountain and Camping Themed Cake

My first cake decorating video showing the process of how I made this cake for a 90th birthday.
The tent on top was premade using blue melting chocolates and a square metal cookie cutter (for shape). The sign was made out of gum paste.

This went SO fast it was hard to see how you smoothed the sides. I saw a bench scraper in there, but when you use that, doesn't it just spread it out too much? Wish it was a little slower.
