Sorry bro 23:28 you said we can't control the ratio What does that mean??
Me I use Uad 1176 and the Ratio/attack can be changed
I didn't communicate that clearly. I meant to say the ratio isn't as flexible as the fl studio compressor where you can choose any number you want. Youre stuck with the available ratios.
Thanks for pointing this out. 💪
@@SCTUTS thank you man

Bro can you make that same kinda video but focus on mixing chords, pads and vocal chops

Wow am amazed thank so much for the tutorial this will improve my mixing level
Nice! Glad you found it helpful. Keep going 💪🏾
God bless you... Thank you very much
Why u don't put the cla compressor on blue mode it give warm to the sound
it would be too aggressive... though this is personal
For the parallel compression, how did you assign the drum bus ? Did use it as side chain ?
No, not side chain. All you need to do is send the signal from your drum buss into an empty insert on the mixer and apply the compressor.
Do not side chain.
Good & clean mixing am learning a lot bra keep up
Happy to help 💪🏾
Thank you for the tutorial
You are the best 001
Glad it helped!
@@SCTUTS yes boss
Thank sir
Nice one - this is super good man . Already saved
How much do you sell the all courses... for both mixing beats, vocals
nice video, love the new studio too
Thank you
I came back for a refresher. However, I have a question: Can the techniques used for the drumbuss and parallel processing be used for melodies? Thanks in advance 😊
Yes you can. But you may not want your melodies to be heavy so it won't clash with vocals in the mix
@@SCTUTS thank you. Makes a lot of sense. Sc for president.
Whats the importance of cutting the Low end with Eq and readding the low ends with Compressor ?
The low ends are not necessarily re added. When saturation occurs some frequencies which may include SOME of the low end frequency may be exaggerated.
I need the course
