Isn’t Johann Dobereiner’s periodic table(1829) the first periodic table ?

No he just stated that elements having similar properties can be grouped into triads(which was limited and later was dismissed as coincidence) but de Chancourtois arranged the elements in increasing atomic weight and made a cylindrical table and he was also the first to state that 'every element is a periodic property of number'. Despite his great contribution it's sad to know that his work didn't receive that much recognition.
