Toyota Tacoma customize your dynamic radar cruise control

I like dynamic cruise control. I'm used to the Subaru cruise control, but just ordered a Toyota. I keep asking how to easily convert my 72MPH setting back down to 45mph setting and never get a straight answer. On the Subaru, you flick a button down and it will set the cruise control at the 45mph speed I want to travel. When I drive Toyota, the cruise control keeps on holding onto my 72MPH speed.
What is it that myself or my dealer sales associate do not understand? Thank you

all unless you have seat position memory settings then they may save for the driver.
