In my music I used 432 Hz which is based in nature and therefore it generates healthy effect and brings natural harmony and balance. The pure energy of 432 Hz removes mental block and opens a way to a more fulfilling life.
When life is hectic, all you need is a break and make yourself feel better by having some "breathing time" with some relaxing music.

Hi Alex, earlier today I`ve listened to your track number 16 (great thing putting on the number of each track, by the way) and not just relaxed but floated (spiritually spoken). Practicing meditation over 25 years I`m familiar with the experience, still: may it be that gorgeous full moon last night or your music, maybe the combination that mesmerized me. Thanks a lot from Switzerland. May I ask where you produce your music ? (country doesn`t matter that much to me, I`m curious if you prefer a studio or nature. Had quite some experiences made with people gathering with e.g. hangdrums in nature)

I dowsed what frequency I needed to relax my mind and came up with 161Hz. I then searched through a few meditational musical things and came across this beautiful piece.
