Really liking these Italian videos showing the behind the scenes step by step recipes of true masters of their craft...can't help find it amusing when they say a bit of olive oil and in goes 1/5 a bottle 😋
You can see the effortless touch and experience of this chef. Wonderful dish. Such a breath of fresh air compared to these younger chefs who "deconstruct" everything into oblivion .
This dish is originally Persian and Romans took (stole) the recipe during the Roman Sassanid wars! What the good chef doesn’t realize is the he is missing two very important ingredients (spices) Safran and just a touch of Turmeric! And for you Frenchies, no it’s not ratatouille! So stop it!
It's insane how little ingredients made dish so good.Thank you Aden and respect to great people in Italy.
Thanks on behalf of all good people in Italy. If you ever feel like you wanna eat something really good, please stop by.
@@ScimmieArtiche93 Thanks,I appreciate that.
The trick is the ingredients, but the chef is a master of his craft, look how precise and simple he was
So lovely to see food prepared in a very clean kitchen by a master chef.

经典但不同的
Wow 🤣
So viele Pfannen besitze ich nicht und wer soll die alle saubermachen.
Some poor tourist probably paid an arm and a leg for some fried eggplant with olives, capers and onions.😢😢
Nobody twisted his arm to go and eat there…… but I’m sure the hypotetical tourist would not regret it anyway….
They're eating the cats 😨
@@MrShlong50x cats???? What are you saying? I think You are mistaking Italy for illegal aliens in the USA …..
Overcooked
Minced wagyu beef tendon meat is the key to this dish
