Truth. Dangles are like basketball crossovers. There are similarities between hockey and basketball.
Don't watch the puck on the dangles. Watch the stick blade and the skates. The best danglers use their skate blades to stop the puck on occasion.

@@schuyler_reacts One of the best jokes about Hockey I ever heard:
      - Near midnight on the Sixth Day, God was finishing up making people. The Archangel Micheal asked “What are you still working on?” God replied “I am making Canadians”. Micheal then commented “They seem like the most peaceful, polite, and kind people you will be putting on Earth”. Then God said with a smirk on his face “Think so? Watch this!” And God dropped a hockey puck in the middle of the Canadians…..

incase you didnt know, if i remember correctly, the fastest slapshot was recently recorded at 109mph and dont forget they store pucks in freezers. so its a frozen piece of vulcanized rubber coming at you in attempted blocked shots, etc and i believe players can get up to about 24mph on their skates, in the right conditions.

You’re not wrong with the “shoulders to the face messes people up”. I played center for many years and I was somewhat on the shorter side as players go. That meant when bigger players crouched down to deliver a hit on me, their shoulders were usually at my head level. I have scars under my chin from getting my chin ripped up from multiple shoulders to the chin.
