I agree with you srivarsan, learning lots of data also poisoning our mind. But hearing good talks also worth too. Just don't take everything into your heart, basically taking it to your heart won't change big thing in day-to-day life, everything in our hands actually.

But the thing with new born parents is that they are mostly in a mono family which causes anxiety and stress + the stress of having a baby and growing a baby into a well endowed human being to give to this society. I've seen many patients blabber about how they are going to raise a literal human being and also say they'll write a note on what to do and what not to and when they fail it causes them stress .
