Most red meat is loaded with antibiotics and hormones, and fed with grains. I get sick and even hives when eating such red meat. On the other hand I feel amazing eating grass fed/finished red meat. So the association with red meat is highly misleading because the antibiotics can be immunosuppressive.

So the alternative to sunlight is a consumer grade or medical grade NIR devices will work. As an expert in light therapy and 25+ years of use including research I recommend 30 minutes of exposure directly over the lung space on the back, front and sides of the chest. Also over the abdominal region for the same time to have even more autoimmune effects. Certainly stimulation of acupuncture points will also improve immune response. I use class 3B as a clinician and recommend that is you can only get class 2 LED diodes use it, it will still work, just not as awesome as a clinical unit.

@@ZZZXYZ there is no research that I know of on consumer junk. My understanding is that they are class 2 devices vs class 3B or IV. Most research is done with class 3B and with actual lasers. Many moons ago LED was determining to be about 20% less luminous than Lasers. So it is not as effective in the same amount of time, so you can do it a little longer to get the same effect. Not the case between class 2 and 3B. The consumer stuff can’t do what I can do in two minutes, even if you spent 30 minutes applying it. That being said the tech is solidly based in healing science and works, just not as good as a clinical model.

Long Covid is a terrible problem of its own. It is definitely still in the category of "what works for you." Gez Medinger has done polls of his audience and in just about every case similar numbers of people for whatever is being examined get a bit better or a bit worse, with fewer still getting much better and much worse. I'm truly glad you have found at least one thing that helps for you. His followers have also reported improvement with niacinamide (vitamin B3). Sadly, no miracle treatment yet but the quest goes on.

Just wanted to say, my mom (74) got covid for Christmas and your videos really helped my family care for her and I'm convinced helped her fully recover with no post covid symptoms.
    Steps taken:
    - All boosters except the most recent one (she had no bad reactions to any shot)
    - Isolated day 2 of symptoms (family masked around her day 1. Nobody else got COVID)
    - Starting day 2 Vit D, zinc, quercitin everyday for a week
    - Lots of water and rest
    - Moved her bed closer to the window and made sure she got lots of sun.
    - Paxlovid on day 3 of symptoms (worst day of symptoms)
    - No strenuous actvity (mental or physical) for a week after symptoms subsided. Only walking outside, reading, socialization.
    - Maybe not strictly Mediterranean diet but minimized sugar, wheat, no red meat, etc. Basically chicken soup, fish, eggs, beans, salads, nuts. Only bad stuff was butter, breadcrumbs, and ice cream.
She had age, lack of regular exercise, low vit d from being in the Northeast, slightly overweight (but not obese) and depression working against her. So, not worst case scenario, but not ideal either.
I cant thank you enough Doc! You've been an invaluable resource during this crazy thing we are all going through.

I've been doing these things from the beginning. Never needed the jab. Nice to see you coming around. Good info except for the anti-meat comment. Mediterranean diets contain meat. Looking at all available RCTs for diet, there's no conclusive evidence that meat is bad. The few that show bad are flawed and based on association. Diabetes and obesity were a risk factor, and those are caused by plants ONLY. Carbs/sugar/starches elevate glucose, insulin, raise triglycerides, cause fatty liver, cause the metabolic switching to fat storage, and cause obesity and diabetes. Cut carbs, eat meat, and get healthy.

I found the same effect taking Ivermectin. Anti inflammatories need to be tapered off for this reason. NAC has been lurking in the shadows for quite some time, but has become the treatment of choice for acetaminophen overdoses. It still is a prescription drug because it was introduced as a drug before it was offered as a supplement.

Concerning the possible mechanism of alternating temperature hydrotherapy i found this maybe correlated observation
“In recent years, López and her colleagues have found that incomplete viruses can curb infections in a number of ways. They can trigger cells to respond as if they were under stress from heat or cold, for example. Part of a cell’s stress response shuts down the protein-building factories to save energy. In the process, it also halts the production of more viruses.” Source Quanta magazine

Have a look at James Roguski with a resercher looking at 'precipitins". Also, Ivermectin seems to have a role in dispersing micro clots.

in hard and extended excersize, I get hot and sweet. So, does this elevated body temp has some simulare effects as the hydoptherapy?

    • @Medcram

Yes. But I would not recommend exertional work if you have an active infection as sometimes you can get myocarditis.

Where are the trials on hydrotherapy and sunlight exposure?

    • @Medcram
      @Medcram  5 месяцев назад +5

Those are hard to do, because there’s no financial reward to the money that would take to do that kind of a trial. Nevertheless, we do have trials that look at infrared light, which comes from the sun. For hydrotherapy we have even less data, but strong data that connect the dots.

But how can maintain higher mucouseal respiratory temperature,If thermogenesis are weakened by different causes ?

One symptom of rickets is muscular hipotonia.
May be muscular tonus improve thermogenesis ?

I got almost all the Comorbidity issues. No jab
Wife has less CM with Jab. I refused to allow my kids to get this experimental jab.
Entire family got 2nd Gen C19.
Wife loss taste/smell. Bedridden for a week.
Both kids and I got 103.5 fever for about 20 minutes. LITERALLY. I was taking our temp every ten min because kids prone to spiked fever and seizure. None of us even had any symptoms. None. No headache, no sneezing, no sweating or loss of breath, nothing besides fever. My kids were required to take almost daily c19 tests to attend school. That how we found out. Then my wife got it, me,m and my daughter. My kids played outside and I gardened a LOT without a shirt. I always took VD3 as well as multi Vitamin. Always loved getting taking a super hot shower then cold shower to near shivering because I like the portable heater on my back in bed. I have been on a keto based diet for years. Heavy protein few sugars (under 25 grams
Total per day) a TON OF COFFEE!! 80 oz average.
SO, there may be a lot of merit to your suggestions

Quercitin have quellating efect.May be it decrease Zn level ?.If an infected hyjaked cell have low methabolism viral replication decrease.
Lower and higher (toxic)level of Zn can disturb the same methaboic chain.
Antivirals, generaly disturb some methabolic, enzimatic chains of virus infected cells.
