Steel path incursion excavation needs only 2 extractors, not 5 like a regular mission. It can be done quickly. The only ones I skip is Intercept (2 rounds), and longer Assassinations (no acolyte spawn)

It very much can, depends on the way you like to play. Just doing syndicate standing is very easy but doing every daily cap in the game every day would be a chore. Some people choose this route but I do agree with you, it can burn you out fast.
What i absolutely love about warframe is the fact that even if the game is obviously about grinding, farming and eventually selling to proceed with a specific goal that you have in mind, there is absolutely NO NEED to do any dailies and even weeklies if you dont want to. There is NO FOMO,NO STRESS. The game is designated to give you the OPTION, if you want to, to "min max" your farm/grind, but again, there is absolutely no need at all. TLDR : Play at your own pace, bullet jump around and shoot your fav weapon, with your fav warframe, set yourself a goal and do it slowly, having fun, without treating this awesome game like a job. This is a message from an old Lost Ark player that now is in love with warframe. 😅

If you get a sortie with eximus, I’ll solo it, take down as many eximus as I can, that will max your standing in one run. It all depends on the mission type, boosters, damage dealt, and also how good the team is. You most likely won’t max out daily cap from just sorties but it gets close.
As a non Warframe player I certainly feel I could start playing and know everything I need to know from the get-go because of your videos, they are so informative for not just beginners but also for those who have played for a long time 👌🏼👍🏼😁 Keep up the awesome work 🤟🏼✌🏼
I took physical damage from you not using cloud walker to move between objectives, great video nonetheless. I would add that extractors are the sipmlest best way to get hexanon from jupiter, the only real competitor is the ganymede disruption.
