Solution is that instead of using the max frquency of the ram in the bios, try to lower the max freq by 100 or 200 Mhz (for eg. Ram is hard to overlock over 6k. If you got anything over 6000 mts ram, ocing it with expo or xmp will crash or blue screen it. Replace your ram sticks with 6000 since its atleast stable and when you overlock it, you should be okay.

It’s also a common issue with DDR5 rams
In general its harder for the motherboard to handle 8k mt/s, thats why many recommend 6k which is the ATLEAST the most stable.
