Poach - To cook in a boiling or simmering liquid. You did NOT poach this fish. Unless... you stole it from the African plains, severed it's tusks, and sold them for a profit

Baked whole salmon is around 425 for 30 to 40 minutes or so. Baked
the head of the salmon is actually edible... the CHEEK!

Okay so when she peeled the skin off of the salmon, and left the head on, it really looked like a seal. Im done.

You should cool the salmon then peel it, much cleaner end result
You shoulda left the skin on! The head is definitely edible too, nothing should go to waste. Although this does look awesome!

Terrible, baked , dry and overcooked, 3 hours is far too long, a tin of salmon would have been tastier.
