I ordered Soursop fruit in a hurry and didn't read the autoship terms. Since I was leaving for 3 weeks, I sent the order to my brothers house. I can not cancel my future orders, and the delivery address could not be changed to my home address. 3 months of Soursop delivery cost $180, and I haven't eaten 1 bite! Do not order, the customer service is the very poorest. I'm putting this all over the internet. Iheartfruitbox may have won the battle and kept my $, but I will at least let future people know their policies. To change the shipping address was $50. To cancel the order was $50. Who does that? You should stand behind your products!
You do realize in the very first sentence you admitted to not reading the terms? That is not the company’s fault so why slander them because you didn’t read prior to purchasing….
I order soursop from your company my order# 20301 Couple days later my fruit got mouldy and start getting rotten without even ripping yet. I tried to reach out to your customer service after sending many, many images of the fruits. I paid $179 for the box and received only $62 back. I’m sorry to say, but your customer service is very poor and the manager Kristina was giving me such a hard time. I’m very upset and not satisfied and I will never buy tropical fruits from your company again. Customer service all done by email I can’t even talk to a real person. Company that I buy fruits from Tropical fruit box they customer service is excellent. I’ll just keep buying from them. If you still can resolve this issue and refund my money or send me replacement that would be right thing to do.
In Jamaica, we call those nesberry (sapodea). They are delicious as well.
