(a) District Magistrates/Additional District Magistrates/Collector/Deputy Commissioner/
Additional Deputy Commissioner/Deputy Collector/1st Class Stipendiary
Magistrate/Sub-divisional Magistrate/ Taluka Magistrate/ Executive Magistrate/Extra
Assistant Commissioner (not below the rank of 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate).
(b) Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency
Magistrate.
(c) Revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar; and
(d) Sub-divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and / or his family resides.

1. Format of certificate differ state to state. So it is not necessary that your certificate should have exactly same format as given in SSC notification.
2. Signing authorities also changes state to state, but make sure your certificate is for Central Govt. Appointment.

The officer who is sending the regarding of NCL in DV is also a government officer and SDM and magistrate are also government officer.There is no coordination between the two government departments.Due to which the students have to make rounds in both the government offices, due to which both the student's time and money is being wasted and this is a big blot on the Government of India

Koi problem hogi? Kya hum new NCL bana lenge ? But tab tak crucial date over ho jayega. Apne kaha 3 sal ka valid hote h. Meri to ek sal bhi nhi hua abhi bhi. Koi problem to nhi hogi na?
good evening Sir , I am having a Small doubt regarding SC/ST certificate Sir My father is a Native of 'A' Village but due to transfer he came to city B so we reside in the City 'B' My total education happened in City 'B' Since we reside here in city 'B' But our Caste certificate indicates that we are residents of City 'A' because my Father is born and brought up there He died due to covid 2 year's Ago Recently I applied for the Caste certificate and Got it again stating that I am Resident of City 'A' but my Aadhar address is City 'B' Sir will it cause any problem?? during DV please reply Sir and tell me what to do

Yes, it will be a problem. They will reject the application if they find any deviation of details provided to them. Information should be consistent in all documents except educational certificates. Any information found incorrect at any stage of selection will lead to rejection of your candidature. Its better you apply for required certificates at earliest.

Sir I have old OBC certificate in February 2021 in city 'A'. Present we shifted to other place and address in Aadhaar also changed. So I am applying for new OBC certificate in city B, but didn't get certificate yet. It may come after crucial date. So while applying which address shall I give? Is there any problem because of change in address in two certificates?

1)Maine apna OBC certificate central ka sdo level tak bana liya hai lekin iska validity kewal 1 year likha hai certificate me to kya ssc ke anusar 3 saal tak chal jaega?
2) maine ssc format me banane ke liye sdo office gaya Lekin nahi bana, bolte hai ki document verification ke time pe Banega(kya aapme se koi hai jiska ssc format me ban gaya ho exam qualify karne se pehle)
