@@JamesEng I think you covered a lot of great points - in addition, I like to check on maintenance requests - how long are they outstanding, what is the nature of them and make sure the property is serving the customer well. Also google and other online reviews. You mentioned renewals, but at also a 3m+ look at them to manage exposures and planning ahead as to what the rates/strategy is to keep tenants.
