I've been in the manufactured housing industry for 16 years and it's extremely challenging to manage the assets to the standard but there are a lot of inefficiencies in that asset class space that allow for extremely high returns

How can one become a real estate asset management analyst with no finance or real estate background?
Frank- I would get educated through RUclips, Podcast, and start networking with general partners in the industry.
Also look to CRE Groups for courses as well like NAIOP and BOMA
