    I have bought two mattress from this company, the first I took as a loss and gave away because it was too soft and it was sold as a firm but was actually a medium firm they said it was my fault. I purchased another firm in June it is now November and there is a huge dip in the middle of the bed, that gradually gets deeper at night as I lay on it. I hurt my back, had to go to doctor . Emailed them with pictures of the dip, my order number, I use a foundation and mattress protector and a week later they email me saying they need more pictures for proof, a copy of my purchase (don't they keep their own records?) and the tags on the mattress to CONSIDER a replacement. When I just want a refund, they say they don't do refunds but their website clearly states they can give refunds. I will repost my experience with this company everywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.
