This is a classic..will always stay classic..like the muscle cars from 60s and 70s...even others are nicer but this is where all the great memories belong..love kenworth(my opinion)

For $141,957 you can have one of these imposing mavericks of trucking. A fancy unit though, since there is many other tractors with similar capabilities to pull the freight. As everything in the auto business, there is plain and there is luxury. The kenworth truck always have been luxurious and imposing, whilst most rigs are owned by independents. It's a matter of preference and in many cases a matter of pride.
This KW truck should be call Heaven on Earth

@@bazovoy ну вообще это самый лучший трак впринципе w900 из всех у него радиатор в 2 раза больше чем у любого трака и даже твоего петрушки, петрушка - трак для пенсионеров он очень простой и выпендриваться нечем... А у кенворта даже капот сверху под наклонами идет в влево и право а к кабине склон, подкрыльники у воздухозаборников спереди есть у петрушки нету а еще спалки крутые со склонами и стеклами в них очень круто и мужественно смотрится есть чем выпендриться. я хочу себе огромный черный кенворт w900L с полноценным домом сзади (custom sleeper) чтобы у этого дома были 2 склона по 2 стекла и я не знаю можно или нет со стеклянной крышей полностью чтобы на звезды можно было смотреть :)

The headlights are long overdue for an upgrade. Looks to be like the old Stanley sealed beam inserts of yore. That being said though, does not detract from the overall appearance of the vehicle. An awe inspiring piece of engineering and then some...
I dont know if this one has them but they do make properly designed HID housings that look like the old sealed beams and they can be added as a upgrade or aftermarket ;)

Mir würde es reichen diesen wunderschönen und Starken Truck komplett durch Amerika und/oder Canada fahren zu dürfen. Danach dürft ihr mir sämtliche Verwertbaren Organe entnehmen. Aber das Fahren auf Langstrecke steht im Vordergrund. Ich will nur den Spaß und der heißt in meinem Fall einfach nur Fahren.Es dürfte ihnen Unmöglich sein einem Scania 730 oder einem Volvo FH16 auf Deutschen Autobahnen zu folgen,aber es dürfte immer mehr Spaß machen einen Hauber zu fahren als einen 08/15 K Actros!

I guess what I don't understand is how do they get away with no emissions? I've seen them for sale in Canada but are they available in the US? and finally what do you do if you have a load that has to goto Cali?

This has to be a basic model Kenwood 900L. Does Kenwood build customize verisons of this truck. It appears to have a small sleeper with little storage. This truck is built for a person that is short or over 5 feet 6 inches. The sleeper need to be larger with more storage such as a closet, drawers, a refrigerator, microwave oven, a backet to mount a television, Blueray player. Also satellite mount. a 8 inch screen on the right side dashboard.
You dont need half the shit you listed... I use my Truck for work not play..

Damn drivers are spoiled these days. My first truck had a bed behind the seats. When I stepped up to a 64 inch Pete unibilt sleeper I thought it was huge.
A 6' 2" person like myself can stand up just fine in this flat top from kenworth, Yet I drive a 2016 389 flat top that is for short people but I love my New Glider, custom built for me, No tv mount, no sat mount, no shit you listed, I bought this truck to make Money not hang out and play video games, I got a phone with netflix for entertainment and a siriusxm radio in the dash and Miles and Miles of Highway to cover.

I'm serious,glider kits are a new truck without the engine or trans.This truck with a engine is well over 150k new and I think the Glider kit is more than what the other guy said but not sure as I havent priced one out lately.

if you want to know how good of a job your salesman or woman is going to do when you go to buy a truck like this, ask them one simple question. "How much gas does it hold?" if they answer with anything other then it doesn't run on gas or 0 gallons, WALK AWAY. because they are just reading from either a script or from the manufacturers stats on the truck that come with it.
That's silly. They aren't magical fuel tanks. It can just as easily hold the same amount of gas as it does diesel...or water for that matter.
well you can go ahead and put gas or water into the tanks if you want. just let me know what the final price for your repair bill is if you do.

Park this truck on the street next to a Freightliner or any other fleet type truck with the keys inside and see which goes missing first.
well, park any american truck next to european modern truck like Volvo FH or new mercedes Arocs with the keys inside and see which still remins there.
Try to see beyond your frontiers, and you will find style, technology, design and performance. i like the americans truck, but i think they have to improve a lot
