I feel that their work needs multiple listens to appreciate this. This isn't like the old Rhapsody of Fire, but this is on another level or dimension. This is a different kind of symphonic neo-classical metal, which they've done a fantastic job.
Fabio's vocal lines in this whole album feels more melodic and free compared to their older works and I love it!!! Wish Luca had more neoclassical parts but still a good album and concept

4 years later, and absolutely. I still feel that this is what modern power metal can and should be. Absolutely amazing record. I’d love a follow up but it seems from what I understand this was a one off project.

Magnificant work. I see whole history of a band called Rhapsody on every moment, in every single second of this beautiful song. All aspects of a band called Rhapsody, from Algalord to the latest album of LTRhapsody, are breathing in this masterpiece. From the very first note of the guitar solo, man, I could not help myself from shedding tears. This single song just represents whole musical, spiritual path of an individual called Luca Turilli has ever walked through. This song is Rhapsody, in other words, Luca Turilli himself. Congratulations, Luca Turilli!

Correct me if I'm wrong.. But I believe I see all members of old Rhapsody except Staropoli. Somehow I feel they are simply fired him in a complicated way.
you're not wrong except it's even more complicated... Guers and Leurquin had been in Turilli's band since 2011 but Lione and Holzwarth remained with Staropoli until 2016 - at which point Lione announced he'd be no longer doing Rhapsody after one final farewell tour featuring the re-united line-up minus Staropoli
I guess they kinda liked that because only a few months after the tour was completed they announced the formation of a new band... which really was the same band lol
Anyways this sounds way better than any of LT's Rhapsody or Rhapsody of Fire so why not ;)

Finally they have a good music video! It looks super epic, EVERYONE looked super cool, the camera work was excellent, the lightning, it feels so powerful!!! I’m so glad Fabio and Luca are working together again, and I’m glad the days of power metal are gone and moved on to another genre, it feels fresh but still like Rhapsody

This is a true masterpiece. I did not expect this album coming. The songs transported me to a different realm. I can clearly see what Luca and Fabio meant by Rebirth and Evolution. I love the epicness and creativity reflected on each note... So fresh and original; Fabio exploring new vocal dimensions and Luca going crazy on the guitars. Thanks for this!!

Turilli + Lione + Rhapsody realmente han evolucionado. Acabo de escuchar el disco completo y los temas "I AM" y "Arcanum" son una obra maestra!! Realmente han evolucionado musicalmente a algo mucho mejor. Los 5 primeros temas son las transición entre el pasado y el presente (old Rhapsody + Luca Turilli + LT Rhapsody), desde el tema origins comienza una nueva era, y con Arcanum como el broche de oro. Seguramente el mejor tema operático metal/rock compuesto. Han llegado a otro nivel, y esto es el principio..... !
total en cuanto al video por fin entendieron sus limitaciones y como hacer algo espectacular.

Yet another staggering , portentous Lucas Turillis and bandmates master piece or Obra Maestra. Luca Turilli softened or reduced the guitar and percussion (drums) sound in order to let Fabios' fantastic voice (as well as female choirs), the keyboards and orchestration performance shine. Mid-Tempo proves once again superior to constant speed bmps and open the door to a melodical composition with recurring progressively increases on rhythms and scales that has several breathing sections that ,make this fascinating artistic achievement such a superior musical journey. Compliments to the Maestro for another successful track. The lyrical content captivates the listener and transport him/her into space exploration which is extremely interesting. I have been listening to Lucas' compositions since 2008 High School years and He has never disappointed. One of the best composers in human history.
yeah so amazing yet turilli disbanded this band and is stuck selling piano lessons on patreon lol. This is straight garbage and turilli has always been way over his head on how good is compositional skills actually are. His own ego ruined his career the dude will always have to play his older music to sell tickets, nobody wants to listen to this broadway nightwish bullshit.

No, it didnt and no, i did not. I liked Seven Heroic Deeds and The Courage To Forgive though, the lyrics suck but they were Rhapsody songs, what Staropoli does is too generic, it just literally recycles melodies from previous albums and the song are way too simple, again, they complemented perfectly with Turilli, on their own is like each is missing something.
Why can't you love both? Yep, it's different. And? We can love them for different reasons.
