Hello, it might be a toner problem. The copier may be supplying toner all the time. But he can't add toner. There are four problems: 1. the white toner motor visible in the back of the copier after the toner is removed may be damaged. 2. The green toner release lever may be damaged 3. SC 500 is a main motor lock. Make sure that the PCU has a good connection to its drive shafts in the back of the machine and that none of its gears are eaten up if you take the top section (drum) off the lower developer portion. I also had one do this once when the developer unit was overfilled to the point where it could never turn.

Nesse caso aí do vídeo, o cilindro foi substituído por um novo ou só foi limpo?
Neste caso, ele foi trocado por um novo. Limpar não fará nada.
