The SUV was a Taxi Cab. My guess is some creepy dude was trying to walk her home from the bar to see if he could get lucky or worse. Thank God the nice driver offered to help and the creep kept walking because the cop rolled up on them.
Was the cop car there by chance or was he/she ready to arrest someone for public drunkenness? And why did the female get in the car with the other woman?
Could someone explain to me the red bulb at 00:40 in the sky just over the top of the christmas tree... appearing... staying in one place (cars not moving ..so no reflexion) going away and going to the left top of the screen... with incredible speed👽👽👽
And the cop didn't do anything other than "roll" through a flashing stop light?! What was all that about?! That is not the way you are suppose to cross the street -- you don't go diagonally. The cop should have stopped them and given someone a citation or two, not just roll-through the stop like he did and ignored what took place. What they did was dangerous -- cross at the crosswalk. Bad habits can kill you or someone else.
@@britannia55 Flashing red, you have to stop like at a STOP sign and then go when clear. You're not suppose to do what people call a "California Stop" where you just slow down without coming to a complete stop. And people can't be crossing the road diagonally through the middle of the intersection.
