I just started as a BA intern and I find your videos very informative. it gives that push from what I've learned from school and what I am applying in the internship.
This is very explicitly. I just started BA training but I found it difficult to understand the tutoring, I just stumble in your video and this help me to understand alot what BA is supposed to do.
Till before seeing your video, Was confusing my mind to identify the difference between different methodologies like Agile, Waterfall.. and tools like P. BI.. But now i am able to start up with the differentiating what are methodologies and tools.. still more to learn from your videos.. Wonderful one i had ever seen..
On stage 2, when you are gathering the requirements, what’s the best way of capturing them while speaking to stakeholders. For example do you record the meeting? Try to type as they speak? What’s the most effective method here?
Just graduated with a BBA currently working as a technical account manager and self learning BA using course and came across you while looking for SDLC and requirements gathering, this was really easy to understand, one more thing i wanted to ask i have also spearheaded a project as PM before this, will it be counted as experience for BA, i do 40% of what a BA does in my current job. Hoping to make the switch early next year without having to leave my org

You may need the help of a scribe or someone who can facilitate and take minutes for you. Its almost impossible to do everything yourself
All I want to say is Thank you 👍

Thankyou, very well explained
How does use your story make for a more agile way of documenting business requirements that a single business requirements document?
Can you please do a detailed video preparing BRD document ASAP

good
A 12 min video with 5 advertisements 🙄
But the content is good so thank you
Is ba and qa the same
Just repeating the same things over and over. Watched half a video and still not a single mention of any elicitation technique. That’s a pity.
