My nun daughter is right now in flight from Iceland to Luxemburg. Join with me in wishing her a safe journey & time at a retreat there. Their flight was delayed due to strong winds
Thank you for this music. I actually played this when I was in labour and all throughout the night after giving birth. We played it all throughout our week long stay in the hospital, and it's the music we put on for our bub when its bedtime now 😊 we've probably played well over 100hrs of this in the last 3 months lol 😅 Its so calming, perfect balance of music to water noise, doesnt have any annoying high notes every now and then, and pacing is calm. Beautiful.

This video is great if you only plan on getting 5 hours of sleep because instead of putting commercials at the beginning or end like a decent human being it’s right smack dab in the middle of the video. Thought I found a good channel to play while my kids sleep… be warned !

I had traumatising experiences enough for several life times in this life... too much. I'm in shock. Shaking. Maybe I got nearly killed as a baby by a family member who was overwhelmed and choked me in the affect. Not sure. A feeling. But still no memories. Since childhood I am crying for help in many ways, looking for people to replace my parents. No one. I am so scared of people... So scared... So scared... Isolating myself... When meeting someone nice, I cling so much, that they cannot breathe and so they leave again. I want to give up on others... It just hurts too much... Everyone was always overwhelmed by me. My parents, my family, school, "friends" and everyone else. Even now people are often overwhelmed by my needs and by my pain. I want to vanish... to dissappear. I'm in shock. I'm in shock.
