+Skeeter Wallen TK is today's greatest composer, it's insane just how consistently mindblowing he is. I mean, I follow quite a few great composers (Riki Kinoshita and Tika α come to mind) but TK is miles ahead of the next best. Even early LTS, where he was basically just screwing around with the style Number Girl invented, and his later work (I'mperfect, Es or S and parts of Sigure Virgin?), which are just variations on a tried and true LTS formula are amazing; his creative high points (Inspiration is DEAD, just A moment, the good parts of Sigure Virgin? (Illusion is Mine in particular) and his solo work) are better than anything else I have ever come across. I'm not sure how he does it, but he gives me everything I care about in music, and he gives it consistently and qualitively.
+Skeeter Wallen my faves of I'mperfect have got to be Metamorphose, Monster, and Filmsick Mystery. Honorable mentions to Abnormalize, Missing Ling and Kimi to Oku.
I'm kinda late in this comment section but whatever... I love Kimi to Oku so much... My favourite song of TK is clearly film A moment, the one from the music video, with the 3 parts including white silence and (the actual) film A moment. This song gotta be my favourite song ever, this means so much for me... It's like, everytime I listen to this song, I discover new things about it... I don't know how to explain this, it's complicated (also because English is not my first language), but yeah when I listen carefully to this song, I'm like in another world. Thant you TK to exist!

年月は早いですね。私のライフステージは何も変わっていませんが、精神的に成長したし知らない事も知れた教訓も増えた
結局自分が好きなものは変わらないです
20歳の時にたまたま出逢えたこの曲に、26歳になった今でもまだ魅了されています。私の中の音楽の幅を広げてくれた楽曲です。儚さと美しさが合わさっていて、他の曲を聴いてもここまで心揺さぶられる曲はありません。

この先ずっと、辛いことも苦しいことも嬉しいことも、沢山のことが起こるだろう。それがどんな結末かは分からないけど、それでも人は生き続けるし、自分もそうやって生きていくんだなとこの曲を聴いて思った。

I actually prefer the original. It's more balanced, and the pieces have a natural flow to them. This feels a bit overdone to me.
