Now I have found the correct way to call the meat ones. My Czech Mom made sweet roll base with prunes and apple, cherry, lemon, pineapple, and cream cheese. Then she would use egg whites brushed on top of the roll to put a glossey sheen.
When was this recorded cause the store has bein modernised resently and looks alot bigger inside my dad calls it miny buccies bit i asked one of the employees how to pronounce it and now we just call it hruskas
