Would you mind describing how to obtain binding of file only at at the apical third, and not from coronal or middle third? Dr. Alvaro was going to mention it, but your battery ran out. I am really interested in the concept. Specially, how to achieve that after using the Endo sequence system. Thank you
There will be an apical gauging part three video that will emphasize that.. but to sum it up it's about using 02 taper or 00 taper files of larger tip sizes in a crown down prepared root to see at what size they begin to engage and bind at the apex. That will determine the diameter of the canal at the apex and will help in gauging the canal apically. More detail in a future video. Cheers!
