- Welcome to the Marble League 2023 qualifiers and Friendly Round! 24 teams will participate in 2 groups to perform in 4 events. The best 6 teams of each group will advance to the main tournament.
In the Friendly Round, 4 pre-qualified teams (ML22 top 3 and the hosts Bumblebees) will perform in the same 4 events to practice for the main tournament.
NOTES:
- The Hazers, Kobalts, Oceanics and Solar Flares are relegated and will perform in the Marble League Showdown 2023.
- At 13:24 and 14:40, there are graphical errors in the on-screen graphics showing incorrect scores of the performing teams. These mistakes are typos and won't influence the final standings, we apologize for the inconvenience.

It's funny how the Snowballs and Thunderbolts both needed absolute hero performances in the last Showdown event last year to not be relegated, and now they both dominated the qualifiers

It was a rough day to be a green team. The Limers, Green Ducks, Jungle Jumpers, and Minty Maniacs all failed to qualify out of their groups, Team Momo was the only green team to qualify for the Marble League this season.
Yep... it's a sad thing...
It sucks, but at least it gives the limers and mintys a chance to be the first green team to win the ML next year, so there's that...unless of course momo wins it which im fine with. Team momo are cool.

I've always been a Limers fan and will cheer for the other green marbles once we get inevitably eliminated so I'll root for Team Momo and hope that Limers can end the 2 year Marble League drought next year. Also maybe some better showing in Marbula 1

Definitely nice. I would have liked to see them do a clean sweep in the friendly, but just a win there was still pleasant.

I had such high hopes this time. The quality is there, but there are obvious chemistry issues. Once they stop trying to out-alpha eachother they will be such a strong team. 🐺

A historically bad team, the Snowballs, certainly seems to be turning things around. Very strong quali for them. Let's see if they can keep their form during the main event.
The Pinkies won last year so there's a chance that the Snowballs could win this year.
Hopefully, the Snowballs took lessons from the Pinkies last year and applied it to their team strategy this year.
I'm having trouble telling these two teams apart because they both have the quite same jersey.

@@stefans4751 Red Eye seemed to misunderstand the event rules, they thought this was an event to be the quickest, but the goal is the opposite. This is similar to Orby in 2018 halfpipe qualifying only difference is it didn't matter for CCE.
I don't care who wins, but i do hope that everyone enjoys the marble league.

It's always touch and go with Momo, but that's what makes em so fun to watch!
Last season was a heartbreaker for me and after the first 2 events I started getting scared. So glad to see Mo getting a chance to shine in an individual event.
Hive should get checked by the medics. It looked like he took a bit of a hard hit in that first funnel, and it caused him to be disoriented. I hope he's OK. Thanks for your hard work, Jelle. Stay safe and stay awesome 💜
So glad that the *Savage Speeders/O'Rangers* rivalry will get to continue, but wow, what an upset to see *Team Primary* knocked out of the competition! Whew! The adrenaline is pumping! Good luck to everyone who made it!

I've been rooting for Raspberry a long time, and while what I know of them still hasn't been betrayed (good at endurance type rounds), I really gotta give props to Team Plasma for helping us out here in the qualifiers 😂
19:08-19:17 that high speed bump really gave Rezzy the speedboost needed through the last few funnels, but not only that, at 19:42 on the next funnel Plasma slowed down and was trailing Midnight Wisps with direct contact. It seems like in this one there's no real momentum transfer of speed, but instead friction is working against them both, and midnight wisps ended up falling first out of 3.
All around I think the performances of all of them are great, but I honestly am starting to see Plasma as a friendly rival I could possibly also root for!
I love the bee themed set this year. Very colorful
I'm crying many, many chocola-tears. I think perhaps it's time to look at some serious team restructuring - both Choc and Mocha had absolutely EMBARASSING showings this year.

It was looking bleak at first, but the Glaciers sure clutched up in those last couple of rounds! That crowd chant really seemed to fire Sheet up in the Funnel and keep the dream alive!
Of course I also can't help but mention the shocking (pun absolutely intended) performance of the Thunderbolts today! Marbula One left them with low expectations and a long road ahead, but they've managed to traverse it with gusto!
We seem to struggle with speed but do better in technical events.

What an upset honestly
I had a bad feeling going in. It's a bummer but I think it's for the best. They need a year off to regroup and get back on track. They've been a top tier team up until last year, where their performance was simply not up to par for what they're capable of.

We are back. It's a good sign, which may continue. The only thing is that thunder has to be selected for speed-style events, and we've got a podium in hopefully most speed events. I say this every year, but this could be their year!

While I am sad that my favorite team, Jungle Jumpers, didn’t make it, I can definitely say I’m glad that the Gliding Glaciers and Rojo Rollers did. Looking forward to the League and next year’s qualifiers for the Jumpers.

Man, I used to watch these types of video many years ago but never payed attention to the setup and editing that went into them. Now, years later, having gotten older, more observant, and having done RUclips as a hobby, holy cow the sheer passion that goes into these videos. It’s a whole darn sport! Haven’t watched these in ages but one popped into my recommendations today and I rewatched out of curiosity. Needless to say, I’m definitely sticking around for the 2023 Marble League. Great job with all the work you do!

This is the first time the Snowballs actually QUALIFIED for the Marble League. All the other times they were guaranteed in.
Always good to see my beloved Jungle Jumpers in action - here's hoping they can keep improving over the off-season.

I love these events! I'm the biggest fan of the Raspberry Racers, when I was like 7 I refused to watch the Marble League 2016 (back then it was marblelympics) because I was devastated the didn't get in! But this time they persevered #RR I am also a huge fan of the black jacks and purple rockets! Which I know is basically setting my self up for failure as I don't remember the last team either team got in! I was almost crying when Purple Rockets were SO SO close to making it, 7th place! I'm sure they'll get them next year! With the black jacks, there really isn't much hope, but I still dream!
As someone else already said, the Savage Speeders actually didnt get 45, they got 35. 13:25

That was great fun, and I'm glad the O'rangers recovered from their shaky start. I love the stadium, but hopefully by the time the tournament is held we'll see more flowers around the place. Bees need pollen and nectar from the flowers to give them energy, and everyone will need energy to do their best in the competition.

YES! My top 5 all time favorite teams are competing, Midnight Wisps, Team Momo, O'Rangers, Savage Speeders, and Team Galactic.
Funnel of Endurance is like watching some crazy Hunger Games-style reverse musical chairs event. Everybody dancing around the funnel of death not wanting to commit to it lol
Outside of the Green Ducks somehow not qualifying, this just might be the single most solid roster qualifying for a season in Marble League history.
Also, Let's Go O'rangers for never missing a season!

Was hoping to see the wolfpack and purple rockets pull through, but I figured it was a long shot that all my teams would make it as they were mostly in group B. I'm glad to see that my main team, the raapberries, made it at least! Always happy to cheer for the midnight wisps too!

Super pumped to see this years Marble League! Cannot wait to see how this competition unfolds! Sad that that Green Ducks didn't make it in this year. Was really hoping to get to see them compete. However I'm really happy that my favorite team, Crazy Cats Eyes, as well as my second favorite Team Momo did make it through! So 2/3 ain't bad! Hoping they can both kick the Orangers butts this year! Never did like them! A little bummed they managed to sneak in yet again this year, but at least the competition between them and Cats Eyes can keep going strong!

There is also only one green team (Team Momo) and one blue team (Thunderbolts) in the League this year.

THE MARBLE LEAGUE IS BACK!!!!!!!!!
I found some errors: 1. Savage Speeders are given 45 points in their second swing wave run when it actually is 35. 2. Turtle Sliders marble is in place of the minty maniacs. 3. Team Primary was given 34 points in event standings of the aforementioned event when it is meant to be 44, I appreciate the overall event scores are correct but that doesn't erase the errors for the runs. 4. In Funnel Endurance, Kinnowin's name is Konnowin. 5. The freeze frame for the photo finish is inadvertently at 22:11 when it should be 22:14. 6. An on-screen timer for timing events are not shown except for Funnel Endurance.
The sign that the Balls of Chaos were holding at the end of the Group A endurance races 😂 "You like looking at Balls don't you?"
The last event was a nail bitter for Team Momo!
If Mo hadn't gotten as lucky, with the rest of the competitors going in first, they really wouldn't have qualified this year!
But now we get another year of #MomoStrong! So I really can't complain.
Raspberry Racers streak of Funnel Endurance domination aaaalmost holds strong, but I'll take second :) It's the event that made me a fan of them, way back in... 2019, I want to say? They're just so much fun to watch!

Well, it looks like every team I normally cheer for didn't make it into the running this time around (Hazers, Green Ducks, Wolfpack). So as a surrogate, I'll be cheering for the Bumblebees. They seem to have their act together.
Hazers are through to the main event, they were qualified through the showdown :-)
Gliding Glaciers did not invest much into the first two categories so they would still be fresh for the last two categories and it perfectly worked out

Was devastated to see we didn't qualify. If we'd beaten CCE's highest scoring round in the Legion event, we'd have qualified.

Skip needs to be replaced on the jungle jumpers team. He has time and time again failed to perform at the Olympic level and I'm astonished he is still on the team. He consistently brings down the team and brings no redeeming qualities in terms of athletic performance. He constantly skips his training regimen and is always late to practice. His performance has single handedly handy capped the Jungle Jumpers team in countless ways. A new roster needs to be put together in order to better the performance of the Jungle Jumpers. Please upvote to remove Skip and find a replacement marble who will take the Olympics seriously.
