Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't Psychic Conjurer be banned, considering it's a core set card?
But also somewhat predictable and repetitive which makes it less exciting for me personally.

yeah... gonna be honest, we both forgot about this. I built the deck not thinking of it, he didnt remember he banned it. Its one of the faults of recording these so far apart from each other. Im sorry for the confusion.
for those who are curious, we do the pack opening after record the gameplay from the previous episode, and then some time after we record the gameplay. As you can imagine from everything else happening, by the time we actually record the next game, we forget. Im gonna remove it from this video to lower confusion, just will take a bit for it to update

Not having Avenge really hurt Secret Paladin. The Noble Sacrifice/Avenge puzzle was a big part of piloting against the deck. Also, Mysterious Challenger pulling out only 3 secrets is a bit on the sadder side.

I still think Adventures should be added! they added so much to the game and I think it would be a wasted not to have them or maybe have a limit of cards or something you have from them

Aight, what about similar expansion series but with Day9 and you both make each others deck and try to make them as awful as possible? And each week you spin the wheel to introduce a rule such as "no minions in deck" or "no spells in deck" or "only rare cards". Might be fun.
Reminds me of wishing for 'Day9 Funday Monday' 10 years ago and never getting it. It's a long shot.

I feel like a lot of truly all time classic decks are being missed out on by not having the adventure expansions. Like it's gonna be weird seeing the "year of the kraken" stuff without any real presence from Reno decks.
ah i remember the good ol days of hearthstone where you eather got justicar and made a good deck or you got screwd and made a deck that couldnt compete with infinate armor warrior or christmas tree paladin

i rly liked GVG and i loved TGT. i stopped a few sets later because they could not get the same joy out of me as GVG and TGT did.
maybe yes tgt was weak but it was fun ... so it was successfull in making me play and buy stuff which later "stronger" sets didnt.
and some of the very strong sets later made me even uninstall and never come back so ...
i liked the weaker times now hearthstone for me is to strong its not fun anymore xD
tgt was bad cuz you couldn't actually play any of the cards in the set, you just played naxx and gvg cards, so the game became stale. The next few expansions did a good job of being relevant but not too op
Not having the adventures screws me up so much because so much of what I remember from this era is stuff like Thaurissan, Kel'Thuzad, Baron Rivendare...and then you also get no league of explorers or karazhan, which are amazing!

For adventures you should roll a Wheel - twice - with all the cards on it from that Adventure so you have options from the Adventures
These decks have been super nice, the variety is so good!!!!

Damn, they changed Holy Champion, that card was so good, kinda like Frothing Berserker, but instead of Whirlwind you used Circle of Healing
I love the Lt. Eddy but I absolutely needed a series with Rarran and someone else being ironically and unironically hyper agressive to each other and playing super toxic and beefy decks.
Rarran you should run One-Eyed cheat in your Rogue to show Ecore how a regular Legend player uses that card properly.
Is Ecore just trying to lose?
I don't care what people say TGT was goated back in the day. Arena was great, there was low amount of power creep. We got Totem Golem. What an expansion.

I loved TGT, the cards where so fun, but sadly overshadowed...but FUN!
There were some cards in this set that were pretty good in concept, as a highrange Reno Paladin player I used eadric the pure all the way up to the titans expansion, and I still use enter the coliseum to this day (the mana cost is now 3 not 6). I also learned that I like highrange (joust). Too make highrange work though you need cards that impact the board the exact second they’re played, and the removal of combos and two drops to fit big minions in (before 40 card decks).
I liked some joust cards like armored warhorse and tuskarr jouster, but then there is Gadgetzan Jouster who doesn’t even work with the mechanic. Master Jouster is just a +1/+1 sunwalker with a chance to fail and instantly lose you the game, and The Skeleton Knight serves no purpose besides giving c’thun warrior nightmare fuel after being brought back with n’zoth. King’s Elekk was part of the reason naga sea witch’s cost went up by 3 mana.
Now that TCG Card Shop Simulator is in early acess on steam, will we see a video on it soon?

Rarran played basically the same weapon Rogue, but drew double Buccaneer and Ecore didn't draw any AoEs or early plays.

As you share the same pool of cards it would be nice if you were forbidden to use the same class. For example the winner of previous episode chooses the first one and then take turns

Why does the intro repeat the amount of standard packs every time even if it isnt relevant anymore? Do you really expect people to comment "wait I thought it was 60 packs?"?
what if this is the first time you see this series, you would be lost without some kind of context
@@RarranI actually think you can remove the 60 packs part, because if it's the first time watching the series they won't know you opened 60 packs in the first episode, and if they watch the first episode you say it there.
They need to adjust so making one bad deck doesnt just auto lose you the video. The decks should only be played once.
