A majority of ulquiorra's feats were done in hueco mundo where hollows get a great boost. Even ichigo gets a huge boost thanks to his hollow. This is confirmed in CFYOW by neliel in CFYOW volume 2 page 93. That takes away greatly from ulquiorra.
