Indulge in a delightful twist on classic French toast with this Banana-Stuffed French Toast with Egg. This recipe takes your breakfast to the next level by combining the creamy sweetness of bananas with the rich flavors of cinnamon and sugar, all nestled inside toasted bread.
Cook on low heat until the bread is golden brown and the egg mixture is set, about 2-3 minutes per side. For a final touch, cover with another half slice of bread to make a delicious, warm, and gooey breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3-4 slices of sandwich bread
- butter (for frying)
- 1 banana
