I'm a single father too at dumating din sa buhay ko yang situation na yan with my ex wife, that was when bagyong ondoy hit us. My ex wife called kasi wala siyang mapuntahan kasi lumubog sa baha yung buong bahay nila. Madaling araw din yon mga 3am medyo malayo siya sa amin and wala akong kotse kaya nag taxi ako masundo lang siya, Ang difference lang is hnd ko na sinama anak ko kasi tulog na at may bantay naman yung Lola niya. And ending ayun may Asawa na siyang iba ngayon at may anak na din.. It just shows that kahit anong kabutihan or pag aalala natin eh Tadhana parin ang magdidikta ng mga mangyayari. She called when she needed help, it's always about her, never for her children. When she went inside the car and Erwin told her that the kids are there, the first thing she should have done is to at least hug her children or say hello or say how are you doin'. But no, it should always be about her first. Erwin is a great human being kind & compassionate to a fault. For a mother to leave her 3 kids when the youngest was only 2 months old is unthinkable and inhuman. Instead of buying her a car, Erwin should save the money for his kids. The kids have a long way to go for their education. And Erwin needs to save for himself too, for his retirement and old age.
