- Today I am making spell candles for Yuletide rituals. Green pine scented tea lights make the perfect base to add gemstone chips, herbs, and trinkets to make the perfect spell candle. I love tea light spell candles because they don't take all night to burn out.

Super cute idea. As a polymer clay artist myself I'm curious if you've had any issues with the clay burning while the candle was also burning?

The clay can burn, but that is why I put all the ingredients away from the wick. As the wax melts, they sink, except the glitter.
I had one candle were just the edge of a berry burned a bit because it got too close to the wick in the sinking process. But the others I have burned have not.
