Let's say 2/3 of all real players are in casual servers, the rest in community servers. That's 16-20k players. Assuming 2-3k of them are sniper bots, that's somewhere between 1 in 8 and 1 in 7 of all players in servers being bots. With 24 player server sizes that's an average of 3 bots in every server, for every server without any bots there's one with 6 bots, for every three bot-free servers there's one with half the entire lobby containing bots. This should impress upon you the actual state of the problem. Having a lot of players is okay but when almost every match is infested with non-players, it ruins the experience of everyone.
