    Ingredients:

    8 smaller or 7 larger egg whites
    350 gr sugar
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    Filling I and II:
    7 or 8 egg yolks
    10 tablespoons sugar
    7 full tablespoons flour
    700 ml milk
    200 g of margarine or butter
    100 gr powdered sugar
    100 g dark chocolate
    7 to 10 tablespoons ground roasted hazelnut
