Apparently what happened was that mutual feelings developed (they pretty admitted that much on a live IG) and their managers stepped in (probably for the sake of their careers) and they were told to basically avoid each other. 😭 So that's why on certain live videos on you tube they seem distant.

I have watched this a dozen times… and I can’t stop smiling… The chemistry of both couples are very real and obvious. And the series is outstanding. I’m watching it again for the fourth time. Lol. It’s so refreshing to see grown men and not young boys.

Their off screen chemistry and interaction is even sweeter than their on screen one which make my heart flutters. They are super thick skinned when it comes to saying super mushy stuff to each other in interviews which i'm totally amazed by. They just look like such close friends in real life. Not to mention i really like both actor's real life personalities a lot. Super humble n friendly. Just super likeable people especially Jake Tsu.

I love Tang Yi and Shao Fei, primarily because they get a happy ending (just HFN in the series but the novelization has them actually together post-TV series so there's that). Plus, unlike most BL dramas, they're older guys, more mature, and have other things going on in their lives aside from romance. We also see them as individuals beyond their role as each other's boyfriend/lover. Shao Fei's sense of justice and duty as an officer and Tang Yi's revenge and the life he grew up in create conflict and drama, and I love it (Of course there's some weird, silly-ass things going on in the series that made me go WTF but honestly, it's a good show.) #TrappedForever
You know what, Im new to History 3 Trapped but I fall in love with Chris and Jake on and off screen interactions. They look totally cute together. I love Jake's smile but dont get me wrong I love Chris's smile too😩💙💙

Just got finished watching Trapped. It had it all: action, romance, suspense, etc. I laughed, I cried ('Shorty' you really moved me in that scene on the park steps). The actors were amazing. Top notch.
