You said the thermofilm won't crack. I'm disabled and struggle doing my own laundry. The biggest issue I have is that my home health aids always forget to turn my shirts inside out. Will this dry right side out without cracking more over time?

The material is cut using an electronic cutter, such as a cricut, brother scan & cut or silhouette for home use, bit there are professional ones. The designs are made on software.
Hi, Very helpful. Could you please tel me that what is the paper type that you used to pick white letters without the rest of the transfer paper ? I mean that transparent paper used to stick the letters ? What is the name of it ? (Time 3.23 minute) Thank you.
Thank you very much. Great. Can you please check and tell me whether this one can be used as a substitute ? Please use the link to store. Thank you. www.aliexpress.com/item/24cm-10meter-Hot-Fix-Rhinestone-Mylar-Tape-Paper-Heat-Transfer-Iron-On-Crystals-Film-Paper-DIY/1926217261.html
If the tank top has ridges and is stretchy, it is difficult to apply heat transfer vinyl due to the peaks and valleys in the tank top. It tends to not get an even application. If it has the ridges I would recommend a thicker material. If it is a tank top that feels like a normal t-shirt you can used Fashion Film.
could I print on wood with this kind of vinyl film? also what degree is that machine at? can I just by the vinyl without a print on it? can I use a normal inkjrt printer on it?
The heat transfer vinyl products used in this are not compatible with inkjet printers. You can apply to wood but it has to be a fairly flat piece of wood that can fit under your heat press. Another way to do it is with a home iron or tack iron.
Thank you for your reply. The durability on my shirts are very bad. Not lasting many washes. Im not sure if it is my heat press or the vinyl im using. Are all vinyl different? Is just standard vinyl ok to use. (Sorry i'm new to the game :/) appreciate your advice and guidance and especially your videos. (Am i able to email someone on your team for guidance?) Thanks

Hello how are you doing Nice video .. I'm getting ready to start my T-shirt business and I really want to know doesn't matter if it's a 16 x 20 or a 15 x 15
Hi, When you start with the 16x20 press, you're offering a larger print area to yourself. You can always buy smaller interchangeable platens to fit smaller garments, but the ability to already have the 16x20 platen allows you to print larger items as well.
Hello, No, none of these designs were printed. They are cut out of heat transfer vinyl on a vinyl cutter and then weeded to reveal the design. You can check out all of Stahls' Heat transfer vinyls here: www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-material
The designs are created on a PC and then sent to a vinyl cutter. Here is a video that shows part of the process: www.stahlstv.com/buying-guide-cad-cut-thermo-film . We also have other videos on www.stahlstv.com that show the process of cutting and pressing vinyl designs.
hi im looking to get in this type of work.....what program do you use to get designs and letters ??? or software and what size of heat press should be ok to start with ??
Good luck starting your heat printing business! We highly recommend a minimum of a 15 x 15" press with the best being a 16 x 20". If you have the budget, our favorite is the Hotronix Fusion. If you are looking for lower price point, but still high quality, we recommend the 15 x 15 Stahls' Maxx machine. For software, there are many options...here is a link to a video that may help, the art discussion is towards the middle: ruclips.net/video/SYX1n3-3pdw/видео.html
how do you get past the fact that printing on heat printing materials involves using solvent/eco solvent inks which are inherently hazardous to health...is there a blocker material for such prints? i'm curious because because, for instance, Roland inks are known to contain carcinogenic compounds
I loved it how your eyes sparked when you started talking about the glitter! :)
It's August 09, 2020, and today you got the MVP!!! Thanks

Hi, could you tell me how to photo video like this, equipment, you have done a great job! thanks
Hi stahls. I would just like to know what film has a rubberize effect and feel? Thank you.
That would be our Silicone dye blocking material.
Thank u so much :)

To print vinyl for garments the ink of the printer has to be necessary solvent ink or can i use inkjet?
For our printable heat transfer vinyl you will need solvent. If you need transfer paper you can go to www.transferpaperexperts.com

That is the Mylar carrier the heat transfer vinyl is bonded with for cutting.
Thank you very much. Great. Can you please check and tell me whether this one can be used as a substitute ? Please use the link to store. Thank you.

It could be close but the rhinestone carriers are usually not as tacky as the heat transfer vinyl carriers.
Ok. Thanks a lot.
Do you print your own designs? Or do you have to get others to print them off for you?
can you use a sublimation press the same as a heat press
Yes, as long as you can get to the recommended temperature for sublimation transfers.
What's the name of that heat press machine and where and how much is it?
can you print your own designs on the fashion film on a laser printer
No, the Fashion-FILM is not able to be printed on.
Thank you so much for getting back to me :)
I have a question I have 651 oracal which is for car designs but what number do I get for shirt designs
..
Please visit www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-vinyl on our various heat transfer vinyl products perfect for shirts.
I would like the vinyl that kinda looks like screen print. what do I need to order from the website.
I would try Stahls' Fashion Film heat transfer vinyl.
How do I heat press a tank top and kind of material should I get cotton..etc..
Very helpful video. I want to know What is the paper name exactly ??
Please Help
Thanks

Stahls' TV thanks! so could I order designs from your company on those sheets? can I have more than one design on a sheet if they're small enough?
Thanks. What material to use on a clear plastic tote bag?
Plastic products will be hard to heat apply to as they have a low melting point.
Stahls' TV Ok. Thank you. I was interested in making a clear personalized stadium tote.
Yes, other tote bags may work but the clear plastic ones are too risky to heat apply. I wouldn't risk it sticking to my upper platen.
Stahls' TV ok thank you.
Thank you for your video, do you happen to know where I could purchase bulk apparel shirts, sports wear or recommend a website please?
Hello,
We source a lot of our garments from www.SanMar.com, jamericablanks.com, and also ssactivewear.com. :)

how do you get past the fact that printing on heat printing materials involves using solvent/eco solvent inks which are inherently hazardous to health...is there a blocker material for such prints?

The materials featured in this video are mostly "cut-only" which means they are not printed on an eco-solvent printer.
