@@EJrMFILMS The only reason Pegorino crashed the wedding was that he asked Niko to help him, Phil Bell and Dimitri with the H deal that Jimmy needed to save his organization. Niko reluctantly accepted and in this (Canon) ending, Niko chose to kill Dimitri instead which meant that Bulgarin took the H and Phil couldn't get the Ancelottis' cash, he ruined the Pegorino family, and Jimmy wanted to get revenge for this betrayal. What he did at the wedding was just revenge gone wrong.

Objectively, letting Darko Brevich live was the best choice. He has to suffer for what he did and stay that way forever, at least after the endgame I hear he died anyway, of like an overdose probably drowning his sorrows in drugs.
