Even when he's matured more in Sun and Moon, you can still find that parts of his old character remain. Silver was just horrible. Did not like him one bit.

Harvey Noble I looked up info and the teams vary so they are never the same set up. I saw a Wally battle where he Megad Altaria then another one where he Megad Garchomp. So if the Pokemon can mega evolve there's a chance it will have a mega stone. So like Alakazam with focus sash then another time it can have a choice scarf or something
