你好，芝士層唔應該有蜜瓜汁流出來㗎，落嘅係過濾出汁嘅蜜瓜泥，蜜瓜汁咁嘅色就應該係頂層啫喱融咗，融魚膠粉我用微波爐一般叮15-20秒，不過都要睇你台微波爐功率大細，如果係隔水融，水溫唔可以太高，用50°C嘅熱水嚟融佢，溫度太高會影響魚膠粉嘅凝固效果㗎🙂
