Hi Elna, so if SEO is undergoing so many changes, if not altogether dead, what will it take to what should newbies now focus on if they want to start a blog this year? If it's not SEO, what should we do or be using to drive traffic to our blog, with the end goal of creating sustainable income?
Do you have one Pinterest account, or do you create a new one for each site? I’m curious how that works since with a business account you have to verify your site.
You can tailor your Google Analytics to show what you want. For me, I have it show: Sessions (it's important for Mediavine), views (those are pageviews), users, new users.
Insightful take on stepping away from writing solely for SEO traffic! Here is what I appreciated: -Your honest perspective on the shift in focus was refreshing and thought-provoking. -Loved how you emphasized the importance of creating content that resonates with the audience rather than just chasing algorithms. -The tips on balancing SEO with genuine, value driven content are especially valuable for those looking to build long-term trust and engagement. Thanks for sharing such a meaningful approach!

For each of my blogs I have a Pinterest account. I can verify each site without it interfering or "blending" all my sites.
What does it mean when event count and session is low on my blog when I’m getting visitors.

SEO is dead. It's not just you.
This is discouraging eventually Pinterest will move into the AI model and blogging will be even more difficult to monetize
