  • Tirana Albania is not as well known as other capital cities in Europe. But it should be more acclaimed known because it has so much to offer. Tirana has so much to offer the short term traveler, the long term resident, and expats a like. In this video we will discuss 10 things that we think are great about Tirana, and two things about Tirana that we wish could be improved.
𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (For 2024)
An apartment in Tirana similar to the one we showed on the video can be rented for about US$800 per month on Airbnb or for about US$450-$600 per month plus utilities on a one-year lease.
Everyone lives a different lifestyle, and it's impossible to know exactly how much you would be spending in Tirana, Albania. Here is a sample montly budget for us if we were living in Tirana, based on our personal lifestyle (in US dollars, for two people):
    $650 Housing and Utilities
    $550 Food
    $100 Transportation
$250 Extras (Cell Phone, Entertainment, Clothing, etc.)
    $1550 TOTAL
And here are a few more expenses that may or may not apply to your situation:
    $100 Health
    $300 Insurance
$150 One Trip To Visit Family In The US Per Year
$250 Two Or Three Inexpensive Vacations Per Year
    $2350 GRAND TOTAL

I was in Albania in the early 90’s. It’s wonderful to see such growth and a much happier feel in Tirana. Brings back lots of memories.

We look to use Albania to get out of Schengen in the future. But we'll probably go to Saranda. We hear that's a good spot for expats.

I've been seeing more RUclips videos about Albania lately. It's where John and James Belushi's family is from.
I am hoping you will do a video on Sarandë, Albania. It's right on the coast and is an affordable place to live.

Quick question: I am an albanian living and working in Florida. I have both passports. Albanian and American…..in the years to come I intend to retire in Albania (of course the cost of living there is cheap)…..my only question to you is: what will I be called? Reverse Imigrant or Fake Expat???? 😂😂😂

Malaysia is the most loved country in Asia as it ranks high on all metrics considered in Insider Monkey research. It is the sixth most democratic country on the continent. Moreover, it is the fifth most visited country in Asia, welcoming over 10 million travelers in 2022. People head to the Southeast Asian country to not just get an experience of its stunning beaches and posh city life, but also explore the local culture and tradition, which is enriched by hospitable and friendly locals.
