    Hello Adam, I know you posted this video a while ago, so thanm you for considering my question.
    I wanted to know if the SFBT practioner should work towards linking sessions together via identifying the presence of the initial sessions' preferred outcome in their lives?
    Or, should each session should be viewed as independent, each with an established best hopes/outcome for THAT individual session?

    Hi Adam! What do we do with clients who have a very clear picture of their preferred future (i.e. can describe every detail of a day they wake up as the version of themselves with their desired outcome), but do not believe they can actually get to that preferred future? Even that the preferred future feels overwhelming?

    What if they say they haven't coped. I get that aloy
