Hi Mike, nice video. Thought I’d share a couple helpful tips.
    1. Leave the bottom rack out unless you need it so that stays clean. You can also put a big water pan down there to catch drippings and stay cleaner.
    2. At the end of your cook, open your vents and let it burn hot for 30 mins and then you can give it a good scrape with a wire brush then. Saves a second cook just for clean up.
    3. Don’t be worried about the ash in the bottom. I vacuum mine only when it gets pretty full. Won’t hurt anything.
    4. I’m not sure why you are spraying the ceramic with cooking spray? I’ve never heard of anyone doing that. Had a KJ for 3 years and my 32” KK for several and ceramic is fine without that. I’d imagine you’d have to burn that off again and that would cause an unnecessary odor on the cook?
Nice ride, I have a C7 Z06. Shane how they even get dirty in a garage. Mine is black too! Lol

All you have to do is start a fire and let it rise a bit to loosen any residual of stuck on crap, then it falls off the grate with a wish of the brush. I've even set aside for a month and then followed that same practice, the trick is to never do it when it's cold.

I like your videos. Very informative. Do you have an email I could contact you at? I’d like to ask a few questions about your KK. Thanks.
