yeeeeeaaaaa all that good king bs Aegon was trying to be is out the window now.
The end scene was much more brutal in the books. When the assassins get to Helaena’s chambers they tie her and Alicent up. They ask Helaena to pick which of her sons they kill - the 6 year old Jaehaerys or 3 year old Maelor. Jaehaerys was the main target from the get go (not Aemond), they only gave her the illusion of a choice to torture her. When she refuses to pick they threathen her with r*aping her 6 year old daughter so she picks Maelor, hoping he’d be too young to understand what is happening. Blood then whispers into Maelor’s ear “You hear that boy? Your mama wants you dead” and strikes off the head of Jaehaerys instead.

I'm a team black supporter, but that ending was hard to watch, and I even feel bad for Aegon. He really loved his son. There is no turning back anymore, war is coming.
In season 2, it's still keeping quality as in season 1. It is barely ok to watch. Especially, they keep making love and a lot of make-love scenes are the keys to success of this series.
