- 賴雷娜14歲時遭雙親遺棄，被安置在中途之家。長大後她成為助人工作者，結婚生子，現在最大的願望，是努力當個好媽媽。
雷娜的出生，是媽媽為留住爸爸所做的決定。然而，媽媽無力扶養，她小小年紀開始獨自謀生求溫飽。生活壓力讓雷娜罹患憂鬱症，老公仁銘陪她度過低谷，一起當社工，陪伴需要幫助的人。
結婚十年，工作孩子生活，雷娜和仁銘夫妻倆面臨婚姻、相處的種種考驗。
仁銘：「我前陣子問我朋友30-40歲，有沒有人這年紀，做這個角色是有餘力的，我覺得好挫折。就有人私訊我：『好難喔，爸爸也做不好，工作也做不好，然後先生也做不好......」
雷娜：「所以我永遠都做不好，不是你期待當中媽媽的樣子。」

Living in shelters until she turned 18, she endured severe depression and worked in nightclubs to manage her student loans. Despite her turbulent past, Lei-na has transformed her pain into purpose, becoming a social worker to help others. Alongside her husband, Ren-ming, she co-founded the social welfare organization I-LIFE, helping others pick up the pieces. Today, we meet Lei-na and Ren-ming as they juggle the challenges of running a social welfare organization, maintaining the conjugal spark, and trying to be good parents. How did a simple road trip become the catalyst for Lei-na's recovery? What unique approach does Lei-na use to help others find their way?
